After your consultation, your doctor will send your prescription directly to our pharmacy.

Do I need to make an appointment or can I walk in?

We welcome both appointments and walk-in patients. However, we recommend booking an appointment to minimize your waiting time. Emergency cases are seen immediately regardless of appointment status.

What are your operating hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed on public holidays.

Do you accept medical aid?

Yes, we accept most major medical aid schemes including Discovery Health, Bonitas, Medihelp, Momentum Health, and Fedhealth. Please bring your medical aid card with you. We also offer affordable rates for uninsured patients.

How long does it take to get test results?

Most routine blood tests take 3-5 working days. Urgent tests can be processed within 24 hours. We will notify you via SMS or phone call when your results are ready. You can collect them in person, receive them via email, or get them over the phone.

Can I get my chronic medication at your pharmacy?

Yes, our on-site pharmacy dispenses chronic medication for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and HIV. You can collect your medication with a valid prescription or repeat script. We also participate in the government chronic medication program.

Do you provide child immunization services?

Yes, we offer a complete immunization program following the South African vaccination schedule. We provide vaccines from birth to 6 years, school entry immunizations, and catch-up vaccinations. Please bring your child's Road to Health booklet.

What should I bring for my first visit?

Please bring a valid ID or passport, your medical aid card (if applicable), any previous medical records or chronic medication lists, and a referral letter if you were referred by another healthcare provider. For children, bring their birth certificate and Road to Health booklet.

Do you offer HIV testing and treatment?

Yes, we provide confidential HIV testing, counseling, and ARV treatment. We also offer TB screening and treatment. All services are provided with complete confidentiality and professional support.

Yes, when booking an appointment you can select your preferred practitioner. However, if your preferred doctor is not available, we will assign you to another qualified healthcare professional who can assist you.
